Frozen and Blurred Movement

These photos display frozen and blurred movement.  I made educated guesses on what the shutter speed could be for each photo.

This photo would have a fast shutter speed, such as 1/1000, to capture the water mid air.

These children jumping were also photographed with a relatively high shutter speed.  it could be anywhere from 1/500 to 1/2000.

This Penn State volleyball player was photographed with a fast shutter speed as well.

These children were photographed with a slow shutter speed to capture the movment of others around them.

These bowling balls were also photographed with a slow shutter speed, such as 1/30.

This photograph was taken with a slow shutter speed as well.  The subect is still clear, but the twirling umbrella's movement is captured.
